• There are now 100 pure, vibrant colours plus a non-soluble outliner
• Water-soluble
• Round 8mm barrel
• Wide 4mm core
• Once dry the colour is fixed and can be worked over the top of it.
• Due to its permanent feature, its great on fabric such as silk and cotton. (You must make sure that all the pigment has been dissolved in the water to make it permanent. Any dry pigment will be washed out if further water is applied.)
